Whats our Story?

Our restaurant

Is the second phase of a project that started more than two decades ago back in Peru, and after being on hold for a few years, it continues in the United States today.

We are a family restaurant that brings the experience and knowledge of what represents the Peruvian cuisine to your table. We basically work with Peruvian products and cooking techniques to not deviate ourselves from our tradition. For instances, the use of our imported Peruvian chicken oven, to prepare delicious rotisserie chicken, one of the most emblematic plates of our cuisine.
